Electrical Panel Designs

QC can be applied on the Development of Electrical panel boards, cubicles, low, medium and high voltage MCCs and electrical designs for substations. The software can automatically create textual and graphical documentation (bill of materials, components, wires, terminal blocks, etc). It creates the wire connections, by proximity, on the layout. It has integration with electronic worksheet and is entirely compatible with DWG. QC is integrated with SolidWorks and main 3D CAD systems.

Electrical Maintenance

Development of electrical control and protection projects, with modifications manager for preventive and corrective maintenance control. Management of project information and automatic creation of bill of materials are also available, storing all the documentation in one single DWG file. The revision control is made by the automatic document index.

Machinery Designs

QC supports the development of electrical control and protection circuits for machinery, generates totalizing Bill of materials, buying list, assembly list, machine’s wiring diagram and development of the interconnected panel strips with the machine’s drivers. The software disposes of a budgeting system that assists the user while designing machines along with the 2D drawing tools for detailing. It is fully integrated with SolidWorks 3D CAD and main 3D CAD systems.





Instrumentation and Control

QC allows generation of engineering flowchart, process flowcharts, mesh diagram and list of interconnections. It automatically generates list and summary of instruments. Full detail of instruments is shown through automatic data sheets. QC has full integration with electronic worksheets. It allows exportation and importation of data of instrumentation: flowchart>worksheet>flowchart. Easy to access database is totally integrated with ERP systems.
